BALDWINS has acquired a further two practices, Tranter Lowe in Telford and Bartlett Kershaw Trott in Gloucester.
Both Tranter Lowe and Bartlett Kershaw Trott will merge with neighbouring Baldwins offices to provide a wider breadth of services to clients.
The Baldwins Shifnal office will move to the Tranter Lowe office in Telford, which will be renamed Baldwins incorporating Tranter Lowe, while Bartlett Kershaw Trott has merged with the Baldwin Berkley Hamilton office on Pullman Ct, in Gloucester.
John Baldwin, director at Baldwins, said these acquisitions will enable businesses in the region to have access to a wider range of services.
He said: “These deals are the latest part of our nationwide plan for acquisitions in 2016 throughout the UK, and we are delighted to join forces with two strong local accountancy practices that have each built up a loyal client base over the years.
“Bringing together two strong brands in both Telford and Gloucester means that we are providing new services. We have made substantial investment in our tax, corporate finance, banking and payroll teams to support the group’s growth and the needs of our clients.”
Baldwins Accountants director Helen Tinsley will be teaming up with Tranter Lowe directors Philip Lowe and Ian Davies to run the enlarged office in Telford.
